Hey Writing Community!
We're excited to bring you something special this week. On Friday, 8PM UK time, we'll be hosting a live interview with the amazing Annie Fox, author of The Little Things That Kill: A Teen Friendship Afterlife Apology Tour and People Are Like Lollipops. Annie has an incredible journey as a storyteller, and her work in empowering young readers through her books has inspired many.
We’ll be diving into her writing journey, discussing her creative process, and exploring the themes of friendship, empathy, and resilience that run through her work. Here’s what you can expect from the show:
Round 1: The Road to Writing
We'll chat with Annie about how it all began. From the gift of a diary that sparked her love for storytelling to the creation of her debut novel People Are Like Lollipops, Annie will walk us through her evolution as an author.
Round 2: What’s the Story?
In this round, we’ll focus on Annie’s latest YA novel The Little Things That Kill—a unique take on friendship, forgiveness, and self-discovery. We'll also get a sneak peek into her upcoming release, Leeta Simtar: A Life on Two Planets, coming in February 2025!
Round 3: Community Q&A
The floor is yours! We'll take questions from the community, so if you’ve ever wanted to ask Annie about her writing process, her love for art and baking, or how she balances life as a creator and storyteller, this is your chance.
