Carolyn’s successful career in the boardrooms of some of the World’s largest employers helped her hide a secret: she had zero self-worth. Â
And her personal life was a disaster. Â
Professionally, she was an expert in change management. Personally, she wasn’t managing to change.
When life decided it’d had enough of her ignoring the warning signs, it taught Carolyn a lesson she couldn’t ignore. After losing everything, she embarked on her greatest change project: herself.
Changing her mindset and body, Carolyn has gone from self-loathing to self-love. Â
Today she works sharing what she learnt during that incredible transformation.
